Return / Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the items within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original, if possible, undamaged polybag, nor may the hang tag be removed. Return the item in the original packaging. Make sure that the package is properly closed.

 
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 4 days after we receive the item.
Possible customs clearance costs will be deducted from the return amount.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Swimming trunks or t-shirts with clear signs of use.
- Have been in contact with water
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

The shipping costs to the customer are covered by SEA’SONS. The shipping costs from the customer to SEA’SONS are for the customer. (Shipping costs incurred are not reimbursed.)
