Then go to the shopping basket and check your order, if you click the 'proceed to checkout' button you will goto the next step where you can fill in your address details and choose a shipping method and payment method. The payment methods and shipping options vary by country.

If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change or cancel the order by sending an email or contacting us by phone. We can not guarantee that we are able to see the mail in time. Therefore it is best to check the order extra carefully before placing it.

We restock the main collection as much as possible and the main collection will still be sold online. The 'extra' collections such as the Liquid Lines and Movements collection are no longer restocked so order yours quickly! If in doubt you can always send us a message via contact or email.

We have standard worldwide shipping. We also have
paid Express shipping which is a lot faster. The cost of this varies by location and can be seen at the checkout page in the shopping cart.

Once an order is placed we will ship it the same day or the day after. If the order is placed in the weekends we will ship it on Monday.

We always do our best to deliver all of the items you’ve ordered. If an item is sold out, we’ll let you know ASAP. You can choose to have a refund issued for the out-of-stock products.

Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation in the mail, it may be that it ends up in your spam box. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow the package. It can take a few working days before the tracking information is updated by the shipping company.

You can specify here exactly the details of your return. A refund in store, money back, or a different product and the reason why you're returning your Sea'sons product(s). We have free shipping but do not have free returns. That means you have to buy a shipping label at your local post office for the return.

To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Make sure the item is in its original, undamaged polybag, with the tag still attached. Please also make sure that the package is properly closed. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. 

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days after we receive the item.

We do not cover returning costs and possible customs clearance costs will be deducted from the return amount.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)

- Swimming trunks or t-shirts with clear signs of use

- Facemaks or caps

- Items have been in contact with water

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

No. face masks cannot be returned, so you can be sure that the mask has never been worn by anyone before.

Washing instructions for the face mask are found on the product package. We suggest to wash the mask on 30 degrees Celsius. Also we suggest to not iron the mask.After you've washed them you can let them dry in the correct model and then it's not necessary to iron them.
