If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.
To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must also be in its original, undamaged polybag, with the hangtag still attached. Return the item in the original packaging. Make sure that the package is properly closed.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 4 days after we receive the item.
We do not cover returning costs and possible customs clearance costs will be deducted from the return amount.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
- Swimming trunks or t-shirts with clear signs of use
- Items have been in contact with water
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We consider Face Mask to be a hygiene product that cannot be returned.
Has anyone used the Face Mask before?
No. Face Masks cannot be returned, so you can be sure that the mask has never been worn by anyone before.
How do I clean / wash a Face Mask?
Washing instructions suitable for the fabric can be found on the product package.
